The first thing we do is help you decide what to keep and what to sell. We will be there to help you make the tough decisions and provide you with accurate information on the item's value so that we can decide if it would be better to keep or sell. After we put everything that you wish to keep in a safe place, we will begin to organize, price, advertise, and host your estate sale.
We sell the entire contents of an estate. For whatever reason, whether it is the loss of a loved one, moving to an assisted living facility, downsizing or just moving out of state. 
At this point we will begin the clean-out or moving process (if you choose this route) in order to get your house ready to sell. We will remain in close contact throughout this whole time and up until everything is completed.
After the sale is over we can make arrangements to donate any unsold items or make arrangements per your wishes so the home is empty and ready for you to make your final decisions concerning the home. We have also built relationships with reliable local professionals to perform any additional services you may require such as home cleaning, landscaping, and home repairs. We will supervise any additional services you may need.
