We work on a commission basis, based on the size of the estate and needed prep work. Our initial assessment meeting is free of charge. Our service includes cleaning as much as necessary for set up. We price and provide all props, supplies, advertise, and host the sale. We also provide any additional services you may require such as home cleaning, landscaping, or home repairs. We have built relationships with local professionals that we can work with to meet any need you may have. I assure you we will serve you with excellence and honesty.
We used this company to conduct the sale of my parents' estate. They did a good job of organizing the merchandise and presenting it in an easy to find manner. They took great marketing photos of key merchandise and advertised on the major estate sale website. All merchandise was tagged with the appropriate price. They put many hours into preparation and worked hard to meet their sale commitment date. They are knowledgeable in of a variety of merchandise and conducted necessary research to come up the best price. Their goal was to get the most they good for each item. They were sympathetic to our emotional state and were available whenever we needed to discuss details of the sales. I recommend them and would use them again.
